Our bed and breakfast is located in the peaceful Sée Valley, just minutes from EuroVelo 4, offering a comfortable overnight stop surrounded by beautiful countryside.
🚴 Arriving from EuroVelo 4
From Vire → Sourdeval
When cycling from Vire, follow EuroVelo 4 to Sourdeval.
Leave EuroVelo 4 in Sourdeval and follow:
D911 → (Le Pont de la Forge) → Route de la Vallée → Les Trois Fenêtres
This route is fully paved and suitable for:
- Road bikes
- Touring bikes
- Hybrid bikes
- Gravel bikes
- E-bikes
Distance from Sourdeval:
Approximately 3 km
From Mont-Saint-Michel / Mortain
If you’re travelling east from Mont-Saint-Michel or Mortain, you do not need to cycle into Sourdeval.
Instead leave EuroVelo 4 at:
La Coherie
Continue via:
La Coherie → Pont Morel → La Point Morel → D279 → D596 (Le Pont de la Forge) → D911 → Les Trois Fenêtres
This is the shortest and quietest approach.
⚠️ Important
Some navigation apps may suggest using the old railway line behind our property.
Please do not follow this route.
Although it appears on some maps, this is not a developed cycle path.
The original railway ballast and rails remain in place, making it suitable only for:
- Walking
- Mountain bikes
- Some gravel bikes
It is not suitable for:
- Road bikes
- Touring bikes with panniers
- Hybrid bikes
- Most e-bikes
For a comfortable and safe arrival, please use the paved road routes described above.
