  Rust, comfort en gastvrijheid Wat een heerlijke en rustige plek om te verblijven! Het kabbelende beekje waarop je wakker wordt en daarna heerlijk kunt ontbijten, maakt het heel bijzonder. Het bed is ruim en comfortabel, en de gastheer is ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. Dennis was an incredibly caring and thoughtful host—he went above and beyond by programming the TV to show channels from our home country and even wrote a lovely welcome message in our native language. The property itself is amazing. You get an entire garden all to yourself, where we enjoyed playing darts and sitting right by the river to relax with a morning breakfast or an evening beer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and Dennis even left us some delicious welcome Madeleines and biscuits. As for the room, it was exceptional—spacious, spotlessly clean, and even featured a high-tech, remote-controlled bed.

 Verified Ein ganz besonderer Ort der Ruhe! ☺Dennis hat eine kleine Oase der Ruhe und Beschaulichkeit am Bach. Es gibt nur 1 Zimmer, sitzen kann man in der outdoor-Küche neben dem Bach gelegen, überall wachsen Erdbeeren. Dort hatten wir auch das Frühstück, mit frischen Eiern von den eigenen Hühnern. Der Ort mit Bäckerei und Lokalen ist 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Sehr bequemes und großes Bett. Absolut empfehlenswert und Dennis ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber ☹Alles bestens!

From the moment I arrived, I was enchanted by its quaint, rustic charm. The atmosphere is incredibly warm and inviting, with beautifully decorated room that blend traditional French decor with modern comforts. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and featured a cozy bed that made it hard to leave in the morning. What truly sets les tres fenêtre apart is the hospitality of the host, he went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, offering local tips and even sharing stories about the history of the area. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring an array of delicious local cheeses, fresh pastries, and homemade jams. It was the perfect way to start the day while enjoying the view. The location is ideal for exploring Normandy, with easy access to historical sites and charming villages. The peaceful setting along the river provided a serene retreat after a day of sightseeing.   A Peaceful Stay in the Heart of Beautiful Normandy We stayed for two nights at this lovely B&B in early August, located in the charming French village of Sourdeval. We truly enjoyed our stay as it was wonderfully peaceful, surrounded by nature and perfect for a good night’s sleep. The bedroom was beautifully furnished, even with a roller shutter to make the room completely dark. The bathroom was fully equipped with everything we needed, the shower worked perfectly and toiletries such as soap and shampoo were provided. The contact with the owners was excellent. They were incredibly friendly, spoke multiple languages fluently and offered plenty of great tips for exploring the area. The location is ideal for day trips, whether you want to visit the beaches of Normandy or the stunning Mont Saint-Michel. In fact, most highlights of the Normandy region are within easy reach. Although we only stayed for two nights, we could easily have stayed longer. The setting, the tranquility, the sights and the overall atmosphere were all wonderful. Breakfast was also perfectly arranged with delicious croissants from an excellent local bakery. We would highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting the area.

 recommends Sad to be leaving this beautiful place today, already thinking of when we could return.  Our host Dennis could not have made us more welcome.  Eggs from the resident hens for breakfast every morning, plus goodies galore, definitely the nicest croissants I've ever had plus we're enjoying them beside a stream in the most fabulous garden that has to be seen to be fully appreciated.  The bed is so comfortable, lovely bathroom, nothing here not to like. Big thanks to Les Trois Fenetres for a thoroughly happy stay. ❤️

Unerwartetes Paradies Nach einer anstrengenden Velotour fanden wir hier unerwartet ein Paradies vor. Wir wurden nett begrüsst, haben einen Kaffee mit Blick auf den wunderbaren Garten genossen, haben wunderbar geschlafen und wurden mit einem köstlichen Frühstück verwöhnt.   Deze B&B is een aanrader! Deze B&B ligt mooi gelegen in een dal, en omgeven door de natuur. De beek die erdoor heen loopt, is erg rustgevend. De kamer was schoon, ruim, en gezellig. Je kan vanuit de kamer naar buiten waar de buitenkeuken staat, waar je kan ontbijten, of lekker in de winter zitten bij de kachel. Nu met het mooie weer kan je heerlijk vertoeven aan het water, met strandstoel en parasol. De badkamer is ook ruim, en schoon met een inloop-douche. Het ontbijt is een feestje, met ruime keuze aan beleg, en de croissants zijn délicieux! Gastheer Dennis is een topper, en krijgt een 10+ Ga zeker weer eens terug!!!

Alles was perfect! Mijn week was meer dan fantastisch, het is een magische omgeving. De kamer is schoon, ruim, en heeft iets romantisch met zich mee. Ruime badkamer, met inloop-douche, met een regen-douche. Ontbijt uitmuntend, ruim keuze uit beleg, de croissants zijn heerlijk. De bijkeuken, is zo mooi gelegen, met het stromende water dat j hoor en zie lopen, je kan in de bijkeuken lekker ontbijten, of lekker zitten in de koudere nachten met kachel. Gastheer Dennis is een topper, en verdiend een 10+ Ik ga zeker een keer terug. Deze B&B is een echt aanrader.

 recommends Fantastische week gehad in deze mooie B&B! De omgeving is magisch, en sprookjesachtig. De kamer was mooi, schoon en ruim, het bed is heerlijk ruim. Badkamer, met een ruime douche, en toilet. Buiten staat er een buitenkeuken, waar je lekker kan genieten van het ontbijt, met genoeg keuze aan eten. De croissants zijn overheerlijk. In de winter kan je ook lekker vertoeven in de bijkeuken, bij de kachel. Buiten zitten aan het water, het is een klein paradijsje. We gaan zeker nog een keer terug. Een dikke 10 voor de gastheer Dennis.

What a gem! Tranquil garden with our own bijou garden house where our breakfast was served - complete with a welcome fire in the wood burner! The room is spacious, clean and continues with the lovely garden vibe ... host and hostess a delight with just enough attention to feel cared for but without intrusion into our solitude. The breakfast was gorgeous, too! We could happily stay for a week to just recharge and explore.

  Excellent stay at this lovely bed and breakfast. It's private, clean, spacious and there's an outdoor area exclusively for guests with a wood burning stove that Dennis will light for you to sit at in the evening. Highly recommended an wouldn't hesitate to book again. Great breakfast too with plenty of choice and options.

 Verified We had a fantastic stay at the 3 windows. Dennis was the perfect host being very friendly and helpful.The property is ideally located right next to a rambling river. The spot where breakfast was served outside was truly beautiful being right next to the river.The breakfast itself served and prepared by Dennis was excellent and included fresh eggs from their chickens.The room and adjoining bathroom were tastefully decorated and had everything you needed for an good nights sleep and an enjoyable stay.I would have no hesitation in highly recommending the 3 windows and will return again to this little piece of Normandy heaven next time I'm in the area.

  Endroit merveilleux en immersion totale dans la nature Accueil chaleureux par les propriétaires, endroit merveilleux avec une immersion totale dans la nature, nous avons adoré le ruisseau qui passe dans la propriété et le calme . Pas un bruit à part le chant des oiseaux et le clapotis de l eau! Chambre calme,confortable et salle de douche spacieuse et d une propreté irréprochable. Bien pratique, un petit cabanon attenant à la chambre avec petite cuisine ( vaisselle, micro onde,machine à café) qui nous a permis de manger notre pique nique après notre voyage et dans un lieu sublime, plus envie de reprendre la voiture! Et pour clôturer le tout, un  petit-déjeuner de roi installé au bord du ruisseau ! Dommage de n être resté qu une nuit! Merci beaucoup Julia et Dennis, on reviendra sans hésitation .

 recommends Just wanted to say what a lovey evening we spent at Les Trois Fenêtres. Julia and Dennis are very welcoming hosts, Dennis even picked wild strawberries for our breakfast. It is an idyllic setting, so calm and peaceful. Would highly recommend

  In a magical oasis in the most beautiful woodland setting sits a fairytale cottage. Breakfast beside a babbling stream in the peace and tranquility of this extensive valley garden. The room is modern and extremely comfortable with a large bed and quality linens. The ensuite bathroom is spacious and modern with an excellent shower. Our hosts, Julia and Denis were delightful - friendly, interesting and welcoming.

 Verified Wow what a find - Dennis and Julia are wonderful hosts their attention to detail is second to none . Beautiful room with really comfortable bed, great shower, perfect breakfast (loved the homemade plum jam) which was set up in the garden room (which we had exclusive use of to make tea/coffee etc) looking out onto the idyllic garden, stream and Normandy countryside- thank you both for a lovely stay.

Nous y allons depuis des années. ce sont de nouveaux propriétaires depuis le début de l'année. Le site est toujours aussi accueillant Denis et sa compagne sont très accueillants  et aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes.

 Verified Nach 450 km von Nancy nach Beauficel sind wir bei Julia und Denis angekommen und wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt. Überwältigt über den Garten, eigentlich ein Naturpark, paradiesisch,zeigten Sie uns das schön eingerichtete Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und WC. Das Kingsbett war super bequem. Es wurde an alles gedacht in der Unterkunft. Das Frühstück war sehr üppig, typisch Französisch mit Hausgemachter Marmelade, Obst aus eigenem Garten , Frühstückseier von eigenen Hühner, drapiert in der Sommer-Küche. Formidabel. Uns sind Julia und Dennis sehr ans Herz gewachsen, wir wollten gar nicht mehr weg. Aus der Idylle, für Leute aus der Stadt absolut beruhigend und erholsam. Der Bach ist herrlich, die Ruhe, vor allem Nachts. Dennis und Julia sind sehr kommunikativ, herzlich und hilfsbereit, geben tollen Tipps für die Umgebung.Sie sind auch sehr diskret wenn man sein Privatsphäre haben will. Man füllt sich wie zur Hause.Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, dann aber etwas länger. Lucienne &Thomas

  Super bien entretenue très nature  les propriétaires super sympa les chambres très propre petite rivière qui traverse ce lieu magique ce séjour est à conseiller oublier les somnifères avant de venir pas besoin de cela ici en plein nature.
