By making a reservation at Les Trois Fenêtres, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Reservation and Payment

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Les Trois Fenêtres.
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
  • Reservations are only confirmed once the required payment has been successfully received.
  • Prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

2. Tourist Tax

  • Tourist tax (taxe de séjour) may be charged separately in accordance with local regulations.
  • The applicable amount will be shown during the booking process or collected upon arrival if required.

3. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in is available from 13:00 till 18:00 on the day of arrival unless otherwise agreed.
  • Check-out must be completed by 11:00 on the day of departure.
  • Guests are requested to inform us of their estimated arrival time.

4. Cancellation Policy

Flexible Rate

  • Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable.
  • In case of a no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged.

Non-Refundable Rate (if applicable)

  • The full amount is charged at the time of booking.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations, modifications, or no-shows.

5. Amendments

  • Any request to modify a reservation is subject to availability.
  • Changes may result in a price adjustment.

6. House Rules

  • Les Trois Fenêtres is a non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
  • Guests are expected to respect other guests and neighbouring properties.
  • Any damage caused during the stay may be charged to the guest responsible.

7. Children

  • Les Trois Fenêtres is an adults-only accommodation.
  • Children are not permitted to stay at the property.
  • Due to the proximity of the river and other natural features on the grounds, the property is not considered suitable or safe for children.
  • The guest room and facilities are designed exclusively for adult guests and are not equipped to accommodate children.
  • Reservations made for guests travelling with children will be declined or cancelled.

8. Pets

  • Pets are not permitted at Les Trois Fenêtres.
  • This policy applies to all animals, including dogs, cats, and other domestic pets.
  • Reservations made by guests intending to bring pets may be declined or cancelled.
  • Registered assistance dogs required by law may be accepted; please contact us before booking.

9. Table d’Hôtes

  • Table d’Hôtes meals are available by prior reservation only.
  • Dietary requirements or allergies should be communicated in advance.
  • Cancellation of meals must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled meal time.

10. Force Majeure

Les Trois Fenêtres shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, pandemics, utility failures, or other force majeure events.

11. Liability

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay.
  • Les Trois Fenêtres accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal property except where required by law.

12. Privacy

  • Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for managing reservations and complying with legal obligations.
  • Payment information is processed securely by Stripe and is not stored by Les Trois Fenêtres.
